Where can we find Herbaltherm?

Herbaltherm is a "limited communication company" as all of my time is required to execute the builds.  Herbaltherm is not supporting IG, Twitch, FB, Tic Toc, Discord, Reddit, FC etc.  The only form of official communication is this contact page as it streamlines commuication into a single point of contact so as to not let communications fall through the cracks. The only other supported platform is the YouTube channel, so check there for informative videos as we go from 3D printed prototypes to refined production units. If you do not find your answer in the FAQ, please ask your question in the comments box below.  We will post all relavent questions and answers for the next customer's benefit.  Thanks for your patience and understanding as one man attempts to do it all :)

Is there a cool place where the HT Family hangs out?

Why yes there is, please join us on herbaltherm.freeforums.net.  If you are an armchair expert that just wants to talk shit I will ban you so best to just go be with your people on FC.

Is Herbltherm going out of business?

After a year of testing the market, Herbaltherm will make small batches of the 2ZM, 4MD and 4MI to serve the limited demand. Each unit will come with a repair kit as well as instructional videos on how to repair and a "Home" for users has been created on herbaltherm.freeforums.net.  Once completed, the Herbaltherm brand will be mothballed for potential future use.

Do you repair RBT products.

No, we do not have parts to repair old RBT products. All Herbaltherm products come with DIY repair kit for a lifetime of service.

When will 2ZMs be "ready to ship"?

The last batch of pre-order 2ZMs will be shipped mid August and around that time onward the last 50 2ZMs will be made but the focus will be on the execution of the 4MD and 4MI.

My 2ZM button is stuck / not working what do I do?

About 20 buttons from a different supplier was used on 10 units. These are starting to fail in the field. If you are experiencing this problem use the text box below to let us know. A video will be made to show you how to replace the button and we will get new buttons sent out to you.

When will the 4MD and 4MI be ready?

The 4MD and 4MI pre-orders will be completed from early November through January if all goes well.

I put a down payment of $50 on the 2ZM pre-order and did not have the cash to purchase.  Can I have a refund?

We are not offering refunds but are offering $50 off of on a 2ZM and off the on the 4MD and 4MI.  Please use the contact form below to let us know and we will send along a discount code.

Can you make a unit out of supplied or specified wood?

No, the process requires wood to be in board lengths of 3 feet and demand is not sufficient to do requested woods.  We have searched high and low to pick the finest economical hard woods to keep the cost of these units down as custom pieces would run $500+
