Liability

Products are intended to be used by people 21 and older and in accordance will all local and national laws. User assumes all liability when using these products.

Refunds

Refunds will be given for any unused, undamaged item that is returned to HerbalTherm within 30 day of purchase.

Warranty

HerbalTherm products glass products are covered for 30 days against defects in materials and workmanship.  Please note that small deficiencies called out in the product description are not covered as they are not categorized as a defect. HerbalTherm will make the determination if a “defect” is covered based in the description of failure and pictures provided via the Contact Form on the web site.   Products that have been used cannot be returned.

Shipping

Herbaltherm ships products purchased from Monday to Sunday on the following Monday.  Shipping uses USPS First Class mail and shipping and handling charges are made accordingly.  Customer assumes ownership of product with receipt of USPS tracking number and is liable for loss or theft.  Full value will be listed on all customs forms. If product needs to be returned, shipping is “in kind” such that the customer is liable for return shipping .cost.

Privacy

Information gathered is limited to your name, address, and email address.  This information is used to process your order and communicate confirmation of purchase and shipping information.  We can choose to opt-in to our mailing list to get infrequent updates on important information or sales.  We Promise, we will NOT share your information with ANYONE.

We employ the use of cookies. By using Herbaltherm’s website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with HerbalTherm’s privacy policy. Most of the modern-day interactive websites use cookies to enable us to kept non-person specific metrics data etc.
