Thermal Liberators are a niche collectible market. Therefore the volumes are low unless you just happen to be PAX or S&B. With the vape ban many of the big money is out of the game and many new makers are showing up with ingenious new tech.
Oh, you might get luck and come up with "IT"... but not likely. So, why not do limited batches of quality engineered products and make them something that is special because not everyone has one of the limited run of a few hundred. Here today and gone tomorrow with something new coming next week. This is hard to do as there is a ton of work that goes into the Engineering, design, manufacturing, testing and marketing, sales and shipment of each new design. Without large volumes to amortize this cost over the units price point needs to be high to pay for it. But, if you can be efficient in the design, build test, cycle I believe you can still remain competitive with dropping rare, unique, and ingenuous designs.
This helps to compartmentalize the work. Just batch through everything at a quantity that will sell in 1 - 2 years. If the supply is conservative the demand will easily consume it quickly. This also reduces the need to market as the quantity made is very low in comparison to demand helping reduce overall cost.
After several runs the idea of instantaneous obsolescence will sink in... and the numbered unit you have of that limited run is special and rare and just not owned by everyone. Something special for you... more valuable than money?
The first few items are up in the store with the 3TM leading the way by dropping next week. The DABerb will drop on or just after Halloween and then the new tip is a crap shoot as it is based on how the beta units that are in-process work but I have a good feeling about it :)
Happy to be back to HerbalTherm... Happy to be back creating things for all of you... Excited to get the 3TM rolling out soon. Thanks for allowing me to do the thing that I do. HerbalTherm for President 2024!
Peace,
Ryan
