5DT - Wand Power!

The 5DT is an Ispire Wand powered Convection / conduction hybrid with a novel heater who's design was optimized to work with an Induction Heater... specifically the Wand, and yes, the heater is metal with a proprietary metallurgy.  The main body of the 5DT is glass that will be fabricated by an epic San Diego glass blower, Sour Glass.  It is about 3 inches long and has a thick 7 mm handle to enable the clearing of a big ole 19 mm piece that this will surely milk.  If ya try, you can push a 1/2 gram into it with a no-stir session that will have you forgetting your name by the end of it... yes, it can do smaller loads as well (.25 suggested minimum) but that is really not what this device is meant for. It is really for massive thick milky masterpieces that are cool, consistent, pure and blissful :)  if you are into that sort of thing... then this just might be for you.

Spent the last  months finding the perfect design / material to build the heater out of and then countless revisions of the design to get the Convection / Conduction ratio (and other details)  to make it elegant in it's simplicity. With the Alpha already making amazing vapor and the first batch of beta units complete and shipping soon, its time to drop the dime on the Pre-Order.
